This well connected area of the city is great for theatre lovers, being close to Paralelo where many big shows take place. Is is in easy walking distance of Ramblas and the beaches, or a short metro/bus journey. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood with small streets and less traffic than in the city centre, and even more so at night. There is a good selection of local bars, restaurants and shops with typical Barcelona treats. If you are arriving to Barcelona by boat this is a convenient area to stay, as the dock is easily accessible on foot or by taxi. |

BARCELONA APARTMENT DESCRIPTION |
Original 90sqm apartment with room for up to 8 people, in a quiet nieghbourhood with great theatres and bars, at only a few metro stops from Las Ramblas.
Great location, close to the Fira, which is good for business travellers attending the conferences there.
The apartment is distributed on two levels. The ground floor has tiled floors and the first floor a parquet. There is a large porch with table and chairs for moments of relax at the open. With warm rustic atmosphere throughout all the apartment.
On the ground floor you will find a bright living and dining space, a comfortable sofa, the kitchen and one of the bedrooms.
3 bedrooms:
One double with two comfortable single beds.
One double and one triple, situated both on the 1st floor, with single beds. In each room there is possibility of putting two single beds together to make a double bed.
An axtra bed can be provided in the triple room for an 8th guest.
The bathroom is equipped with shower, two wash basins and toilet, and is decorated in a fresh clean style.
For people interested in a self-catering holiday, you will have a fully equipped kitchen. There are great delicatessens and markets in walking distance so you can take advantage of these and try cooking with local ingredients.
Situated on the ground floor of a typical building of the area, with direct and independent access from the street.
In summer this is a good place for a mixed vacation of city & beach. You have direct buses and metro to all the beautiful Barcelona beaches, as well as to Castelldefels and Gavá. A short train journey will bring you to Sitges and the Costa Brava.
