This well connected area of the city is great for theatre lovers, being close to Paralelo where many big shows take place. Is is in easy walking distance of Ramblas and the beaches, or a short metro/bus journey. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood with small streets and less traffic than in the city centre, and even more so at night. There is a good selection of local bars, restaurants and shops with typical Barcelona treats. If you are arriving to Barcelona by boat this is a convenient area to stay, as the dock is easily accessible on foot or by taxi. |

Cozy and fully equipped 68sqm apartment with room for up to 6 people.
Great location in a nice and safe neighbourhood at walking distance from Las Ramblas and with good connections to any other part of the city.
3 bedrooms:
One double bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
One double bedroom with a two single beds.
One single bedroom with a comfortable single bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes.
There is also a sofabed in the living area for a 6th guest. Each room has quality bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.
2 bathrooms:
One en-suite in the master bedroom, complete with shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bathroom is also complete with shower, washbasin and toilet. Both bathrooms have fresh and modern style.
The living space has a large sofa and a dining table so you may enjoy mealtimes indoors. This room is nice and sunny due to the big patio doors, which lead out onto your own 20sqm private patio (interior). Outdoor chairs are provided so you can sit and relax outside.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the implements you may need for a self catering holiday. There are plentyof supermarkets and smaller shops in the area where you can get groceries.
Situated in a typical building of the area, on the 1st floor with lift.
