This is a modern, beautifully situated 50sqm apartment with room for up to 5 people.
It is in a good neighbourhood just a short walk from the famous Sagrada Familia church, one of Barcelona´s most celebrated landmarks.
2 bedrooms:
One with a comfortable double bed and large wardrobe. The decoration is contemporary but cozy, with attractive art prints on the walls. This is continued throughout the whole apartment.
The other bedroom also has a comfortable double bed and a cabinet for your clothes.
There is a sofabed in the living space for a 5th guest.
The tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
The living/dining space has a large sofa so you can relax in front of the TV. There is also a dining table which you can make use of if you plan to have a self-catering holiday. The stylish decor is complimented by plants and more art prints.
You can try cooking with local ingredients in the open-plan kitchen. There are many good shops and delicatessens in the area.
Situated in a typical building of the area, on the 2nd floor without lift.
