This well connected area of the city is great for theatre lovers, being close to Paralelo where many big shows take place. Is is in easy walking distance of Ramblas and the beaches, or a short metro/bus journey. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood with small streets and less traffic than in the city centre, and even more so at night. There is a good selection of local bars, restaurants and shops with typical Barcelona treats. If you are arriving to Barcelona by boat this is a convenient area to stay, as the dock is easily accessible on foot or by taxi. |

Cozy and well-located apartment with 70sqm and room for up to 6 people.
Situated in a pleasant and safe neighbourhood at walking distance from Las Ramblas and with good connections to any other part of the city.
For bigger groups you can also book the apartment BCN 346 located in the same building.
3 bedrooms:
One double bedroom with a comfortable double bed.
Two single bedrooms with a single bed each. All bedrooms have wardrobes.
There is also a double sofabed in the living area for two more guests. Each room has quality bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.
The bathroom is fresh and modern with tiled walls. It includes a bath tub, washbasin and toilet.
The living space has a large sofa and is very bright and sunny due to the big windows. You also have a dining table so you may enjoy mealtimes indoors.
If you are planning a self-catering holiday you will find all you need to cook with in the fully equipped kitchen. There are great delicatessens and markets in walking distance so you can take advantage of these and try cooking with local ingredients.
A great choice of apartment for friends, families or couples who want to stay close to the Barcelona centre and enjoy the excellent offer of restaurants, theatres, shops and cafes in this area!
