This well connected area of the city is great for theatre lovers, being close to Paralelo where many big shows take place. Is is in easy walking distance of Ramblas and the beaches, or a short metro/bus journey. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood with small streets and less traffic than in the city centre, and even more so at night. There is a good selection of local bars, restaurants and shops with typical Barcelona treats. If you are arriving to Barcelona by boat this is a convenient area to stay, as the dock is easily accessible on foot or by taxi. |

A well designed and sunny apartment in walking distance to Las Ramblas and the famous Maremagnum shopping/entertainment centre, in a quiet neighbourhood If you are more than 4 people, you can also book Maremagnum 2 apartment in the same building.
There are modern furnishings, contemporary decoration and wooden floors in all the rooms. This is complimented by ambient lighting and brightly coloured art prints.

Double bedroom with comfortable double bed. This room has itīs own en-suite bathroom and a wardrobe for your clothes.
Twin bedroom with 2 comfortable single beds, also with a wardrobe.
2 bathrooms:
One bathroom is fully equipped with bath tub, shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. The other is en-suite and and this has a shower, washbasin and toilet. Both are decorated in a fresh clean style. Towels are provided for all guests.
The living space has two comfortable sofas and a dining set. This room is nice and sunny due to the huge patio doors, which lead out onto your own large private balcony so you can enjoy the views of the leafy street below. Outdoor chairs are provided so you can sit and relax outside.
The newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped for your self-catering holiday.
Situated in a modern city centre building on the 2nd floor with lift.
