This well connected area of the city is great for theatre lovers, being close to Paralelo where many big shows take place. Is is in easy walking distance of Ramblas and the beaches, or a short metro/bus journey. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood with small streets and less traffic than in the city centre, and even more so at night. There is a good selection of local bars, restaurants and shops with typical Barcelona treats. If you are arriving to Barcelona by boat this is a convenient area to stay, as the dock is easily accessible on foot or by taxi. |

Elegant and sunny 90sqm duplex for up to 4 people, located near the harbour and a short walk away from the famous Ramblas and the Maremagnum shopping/entertainment centre.
If you are more than 4 people, you can also book the Maremagnum apartment in the same building.
There are modern furniture, contemporary decoration and wooden floors in all the rooms. This is complimented by ambient lighting and art prints.
On the first floor you will find the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
2 bedrooms:
Double bedroom with comfortable double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps. This room has its own en-suite bathroom and a wardrobe.
Twin bedroom with 2 comfortable single beds, also with a wardrobe, bedside table and lamp.
2 bathrooms:
One bathroom is fully equipped with bathtub, shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
The other is en suite of the master bedroom and has shower, washbasin and toilet. Both are nice and modern.
Ground floor:
Bright living room with 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table, dining set, and big patio doors leading to the 40sqm private patio. Outdoor chairs are provided so you can sit and relax outside (please note there's no view from the patio, as it is enclosed by walls).
There is an additional toilet.
Fully equipped kitchen with the appliances and utensils you may need to cook during your stay.
Located in a modern building with lift.
You will find many shops and restaurants in the area. It is a fantastic apartment for people who want to stay in a quiet area near the Ramblas and for those who like the nightlife!
