This well connected area of the city is great for theatre lovers, being close to Paralelo where many big shows take place. Is is in easy walking distance of Ramblas and the beaches, or a short metro/bus journey. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood with small streets and less traffic than in the city centre, and even more so at night. There is a good selection of local bars, restaurants and shops with typical Barcelona treats. If you are arriving to Barcelona by boat this is a convenient area to stay, as the dock is easily accessible on foot or by taxi. |

BARCELONA APARTMENT DESCRIPTION |
This is a very well-located apartment, in walking distance to Las Ramblas but in a quieter neighbourhood with great theatres and bars. It is 57sqm and has room for up to 5 people.
It has been recently redecorated to a high standard with quality furnishings and fittings in all rooms. There is plenty of natural light due to the large balcony.
2 bedrooms:
Double bedroom with comfortable double bed.
Twin bedroom with two single beds and access to the balcony.
There is also a sofabed in the living area for a 5th guest. Each room has quality bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.
The bathroom is equipped with shower, wash basin and toilet, and is decorated in a fresh clean style.
The living space has a large sofa and Plasma TV. It leads onto the balcony so you can enjoy the views of the street below. You also have a dining table so you may enjoy mealtimes indoors.
In the modern kitchen you will find all the things you need to cook on holiday. There is a great food market called Boqueria on Las Ramblas, which is a great place to buy local and international produce.
Situated in a typical building of the area, on the 2nd floor with lift. The beautiful facade of the building is listed by the Catalan government.
A great choice of apartment for friends, families or couples who want to stay close to the nightlife of Barcelona.
