This well connected area of the city is great for theatre lovers, being close to Paralelo where many big shows take place. Is is in easy walking distance of Ramblas and the beaches, or a short metro/bus journey. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood with small streets and less traffic than in the city centre, and even more so at night. There is a good selection of local bars, restaurants and shops with typical Barcelona treats. If you are arriving to Barcelona by boat this is a convenient area to stay, as the dock is easily accessible on foot or by taxi. |

Brand new sunny apartment situated in a quiet neighbourhood with great theatres and bars. It is 80sqm and sleeps up to 6 people. This fantastic apartment has the advantage of being right in the center of Barcelona in a very desirable location walking distance to the most famous landmark, Las Ramblas.
Genesis Ramblas apartment has been completely renovated, refurbished and modernized in July 2008 to achieve the quality and high standard necessary to make this a comfortable apartment for our visitor to Barcelona.
With modern and stylish decoration for a more pleasant stay in this safe, 3 double bedrooms:
The master bedroom is very spacious, with one large king size double bed quality matress, and a wardrobe so you can put away your belongings and maximise space in the apartment tasteful and elegant in style.
The second bedroom has a double bed also with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe.
The third bedroom has two comfortable single beds, wardrobe space and overlooks a bright exterior patio.
2 bathrooms:
One bathroom is fully equipped with big shower 120 x 70, washbasin and toilet.
The second one is a washroom with washbasin and toilet.Both are decorated in a fresh clean style.
Cosy and bright living room with a comfortable sofa and modern furnished with plasma TV and dining area, with a large dining table ideal to enjoy relaxing moments. With access to a large balcony, where you can have drinks in the long warm evenings and watch the life go by on the street below.
Make the most of a self-catering holidaywith the chic and modern kitchen, fully equipped with hob, coffee maker, kettle, etc. and other necessary items to ensure the guests' stay at this fantastic apartment is a hassle free one.

Situated on the 5th floor of a building with a lift, so getting your luggage up to the apartment will be no problem at all.
