Elegant area in the North of Barcelona, on the foot of the mountain Tibidabo. Here lives the upper class of the town. It is very safe, quiet and surrounded by nature. Nearby you can find everything you need like restaurants, markets such as the famous “Mercat de Sant Gervasi” and shopping center like the fantastic gallery “Turó”. It is a zone characterized by numerous single buildings. Their streets combine the corners of the old rural village and the most modern zones with wide streets. We find the contrast between the urban density and lots of green spaces. There is a convenient train that takes you to the center in 15 minutes. |

BARCELONA APARTMENT DESCRIPTION |
A lovely 64sqm apartment in a two-level house, with room for up to 4 people.
This is perfect for people who want to experience a part of Barcelona they may not have seen before, in the beautiful green area of Sarria (at the bottom of the hills that lead up to the famous Tibidabo church). You can stay in a place that is surrounded by nature and still be just a 15 minute train journey from the heart of the city.
A second apartment is available downstairs with room for 2 more people (BCN269).

The open-plan loft space has a comfortable double bed, attractive wooden floors and a nice view of trees from the huge windows. The decoration is a charming combination of modern and homely aspects.
The bathroom comes complete with a jacuzzi bath, shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
You will see that the tasteful decoration continues in the living space which has a comfortable sofa and quality furniture. A desk and chair is provided, which could be useful for business travellers or simple to write your holiday postcards.
Plenty of natural light comes into the apartment from the patio doors that lead out to the private terrace, which has a dining set.
Downstairs you have the use of a second terrace with swimming pool. This is only for use of the guests in the two apartments. There are sun loungers and patio furniture for your enjoyment.
The kitchenette has cooking equipment so you can enjoy a self-catering holiday (at the time of publication there is no crockery/cutley but this will be provided soon).
Situated on the first floor of a detached property without lift.
This is a great choice of apartment for a couple or family (or a larger group if you book the two apartments in this building). If you have been to Barcelona many times you can try this delightful new place, or if it´s your first visit you can enjoy it in a truly unique and relaxing location.

Food shops are located one stop before the station nearest the apartment. It is an area with hills. The apartment is reached by three sets of steps (or by walking around the streets, if you prefer not to climb steps).
