This 100sqm apartment for up to 8 people is located in a newly restored building, just a block from the top of the Ramblas near Plaça Catalunya.
Designed by a sculpor/painter , the apartment is very well distributed with works of art situated in most of the rooms.
There are 2 balconies to relax on during the hot Spanish summer nights.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms:
One with comfortable double bed, with quality bed linen as in all of the bedrooms.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds.
The third bedroom has 2 single beds. There are also 2 folding beds for the 7th and 8th guests. All rooms are comfortable, well decorated and benefit from double glazing which keeps the place nice and quiet.
There are 2 bathrooms which is a major advantage for larger groups of travellers. Each have a shower, wash basin and toilet.
The living room has wooden parquet floors and a comfortable sofa, and there is a dining table to enjoy mealtimes together.
You will find all the equipment and utensils you need to cook in the kitchen.
Situated on the 3rd floor of a typical Barcelona building just off La Rambla, and near to the famous market La Boqueria.
