Located 2 min away from the beach in a quiet area.
The apartment is modern and comfortable and has wooden floors in all the rooms.
Very spacious nicely decorated dining/sitting room with high quality sofa, modern dining table and chairs and access to the terrace. It's a great place to relax, watch tv, dvd's or listen to music after a long sight-seeing day.
Nice little terrace with plants where you will also find a table and chairs to take your meals outside or just enjoy a coffee or a drink. You can access the community swimming-pool from there.
The modern fully equipped kitchen is just slightly separated from the dining area so you can still talk to your friends or family while cooking. You will find all the utensils you need to cook your meals.

1 bright and comfortable bedroom with double bed, bedside tables and lamps, and storage space.

Nice bathroom with bath tub and shower, bidet, toilet and sink.
Its location is fantastic: it is close to the beach and within walking distance of the Born area and the city center.
