A charming 33sqm apartment with room for up to 2 people, right in front of the beach!
It has a balcony with sea view, and the beach is just one minute walk from the front door. Perfect for people who want plenty of sun and sea on their holiday.
One comfortable double bedroom with double bed and exposed brick walls. This room also faces towards the sea. In the living room there is a double sofabed.
The bathroom has a modern white suite and is complete with a small bath, shower, wash basin and toilet.
In the open-plan living/dining space you will find the sofa and a dining table. There is attractive wooden furniture and natural light from the patio doors. With wooden floors and art prints on the walls it is a very smart apartment.
You can keep cool during the summer with air conditioning in the living room and an electric fan in the bedroom (there is also heating if you are staying during the winter!).
The kitchenette is fully equipped for your self-catering holiday. Make sure to visit the great new food market in the neighbourhood as well as the excellent delicasessens and bakeries.
Situated on the 1st floor of a typical Barceloneta building without lift.
You can reach the gothic quarter easily on foot by taking a scenic walk past the marina. This is a good choice of apartment for couples or a small family who want to experience this lively district of the city.
Note: Up to 2 adults can stay in this apartment. Up to 2 young children under the age of 10 can also stay for free. There is a sofa bed in the living room and a baby cot on request. Simply write a note on the booking form if you are bringing children with you.
