Very well located, recently renovated 100sqm apartment with room for up to 4 people. At 50 meters from the centric Plaza de Catalunya and right next to the superb Passeig de Gracia.
This modern apartment has a large private terrace with patio furniture, perfect for enjoying your holiday, have dinner or drinks at the open. It faces a big courtyard typical of the Eixample quarter.
2 bedrooms:
One has a comfortable double bed, storage for your unpacking and an en-suite bathroom.
The second one has two single beds.
The first is an en-suite bathroom next to the double bedroom. A second bathroom will allow your group to get ready quicker, and this is complete with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
