Sants is a pleasant area in the south of Barcelona which has the famous Sants train station. In this area you will find Park L'Espanya Industrialist - an important historical place where there is a lake and a garden, where the most important factory of all Barcelona once stood. You can visit Plaça de Bonet i Muixí to see the church of Santa Maria de Sants (which the area is named after). The city centre is a short metro ride away, and you will find plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy in the immediate area too. If you like shopping or even just looking around you can enjoy the street market on Carrer Galileu. This is a great place to spend a holiday close to the city centre in a unique place with a special charm of it´s own. |

A well equipped 70sqm apartment with room for up to 5 people. It is located in a place that allows the visitor to experience a charming part of Barcelona with a life of it´s own, yet still remain a very close distance to the lively city centre.
The whole apartment is bright, cheerful and modern. Just right for those who are looking for accommodation with a homely feel. There is a street-facing balcony where you can enjoy drinks and watch the world go by.
2 bedrooms:
One double bedrrom with comfortable double bed and plenty of natural light. This room has it´s own tv and plenty of storage space.
One single bedroom with a single bed, which also has storage space and plenty of natural light.
There is a double sofa bed in the living space for the 4th and 5th guests.
Freshen up in the stylish tiled bathroom which has a shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet.
The living/dining room is a great place to relax. It has contemporary furniture including a comfortable sofa and a dining set. This is complimented by pleasant pictures on the walls.
You will find plenty of food shops (and all other types of shops!) which you can visit before preparing your meals in the fully equipped kitchen, with all the kitchen implements you´ll need.
The apartment is one the 1st floor and the building has a lift, so getting your luggage up to the rooms will be no problem at all.
This apartment offers a comfortable stay and the opportunity to discover a part of Barcelona that you may not have seen before. Just right for people with a sense of adventure.
