Sants is a pleasant area in the south of Barcelona which has the famous Sants train station. In this area you will find Park L'Espanya Industrialist - an important historical place where there is a lake and a garden, where the most important factory of all Barcelona once stood. You can visit Plaça de Bonet i Muixí to see the church of Santa Maria de Sants (which the area is named after). The city centre is a short metro ride away, and you will find plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy in the immediate area too. If you like shopping or even just looking around you can enjoy the street market on Carrer Galileu. This is a great place to spend a holiday close to the city centre in a unique place with a special charm of it´s own. |

BARCELONA APARTMENT DESCRIPTION |
This fantastic recently renovated 80sqm apartment with room for up to 6 people will make you feel like home.
Situated in an excellent area for those who want to see Barcelona but also travel outside of the city. The main train station (Sants) is at 5 min walk and the apartment has very good connections with the city centre - Plaza Catalunya and Ramblas can be reached in a short metro ride from here.
The area is residential and pleasant and gives you the opportunity to observe and be the part of the everday life with local people.
3 bedrooms:
One double bedroom with a comfortable double bed. It is facing the interior patio of the building, like the rest of the bedrooms.

2 bathrooms, both fully complete with shower, wash basin and toilet.
The large living space captures the light on a sunny day. You can make yourself comfortable on 2 sofas and relax after a long day of sightseeing. There is a dining table for spending mealtimes indoors. Wooden floors in the whole apartment create a cozy and warm atmosphere.
If you choose to have a self-catering holiday you can try cooking with local ingredients in the fully equipped kitchen. You can find plenty of shops and supermarkets in the area for the supplies.
Situated in a typical building of the area, on the 5th floor with lift.
Ideal for those who prefer a relaxed holiday in a nice environment and at only a few metro stops form the centre and other touristic sites! Good for business holidays too beacuse it's a short walk away from Fira de Barcelona.
Note: The owner rents only to groups of over-40´s or to families.
