This luxurious apartment situated on the top floor of a recent building has stylish contemporary decoration, plenty of natural light, and a fantastic view of the city.

1 double room with a comfortable double bed and a fitted wardrobe. The room is nice and sunny, with views to the street. In this bedroom there is the advantage of an en-suite bathroom.

2 large bathrooms:
One is en-suite in the master bedroom, and the other is seperate. The tasteful style continues in these rooms, and each one is fully complete with a bath, shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet.
The lounge / dining room is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing or sunbathing. You will find a comfortable sofa, flatscreen TV, ambient lighting and a wonderful view from the large windows. There is a dining table so you may spend mealtimes indoors if you wish.
Access to the huge balcony from the lounge / dining room means you can enjoy the sun from the comfort of your apartment. To compliment the experience there is a massive 90sqm private terrace with views of the Rambla Poble Nou and the city´s rooftops. This comes complete with patio furniture, allowing you to get a head-start on your suntan before hitting the beach, and to spend long lazy evenings with drinks in the open air.
