This well connected area of the city is great for theatre lovers, being close to Paralelo where many big shows take place. Is is in easy walking distance of Ramblas and the beaches, or a short metro/bus journey. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood with small streets and less traffic than in the city centre, and even more so at night. There is a good selection of local bars, restaurants and shops with typical Barcelona treats. If you are arriving to Barcelona by boat this is a convenient area to stay, as the dock is easily accessible on foot or by taxi. |

This is a great apartment for people who want to be within walking distance of Las Ramblas at an affordable price. You will find convenient public parking, library and swimming pool close to the building.
One large comfortable double bed at the back of the sunny open-plan living space, plus a double sofabed.
The bathroom has a nice modern suite with a shower, wash basin and toilet.
As well as the sofa there is a dining table in the living/dining area. You can wind down after a day of sightseeing and spend mealtimes indoors if you wish. Plants and artwork compliment the wooden floors and exposed original ceiling beams.
You will find all you need to enjoy a self catering holiday in the large fully equipped kitchen. With plenty of shops and markets a short distance away, you can buy some local produce and practice your cooking skills.
This could be the perfect place to stay for anyone interested in theatre, good food, Barcelona night life and sightseeing. The beaches can also be reached by a pleasant walk or short bus ride along the marina too!
