This well connected area of the city is great for theatre lovers, being close to Paralelo where many big shows take place. Is is in easy walking distance of Ramblas and the beaches, or a short metro/bus journey. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood with small streets and less traffic than in the city centre, and even more so at night. There is a good selection of local bars, restaurants and shops with typical Barcelona treats. If you are arriving to Barcelona by boat this is a convenient area to stay, as the dock is easily accessible on foot or by taxi. |

BARCELONA APARTMENT DESCRIPTION |
Cozy and highly recommended 50sqm apartment with room for up to 4 people in very quiet location.
This is a great apartment for people who want to be within walking distance of Las Ramblas, whilst enjoying a relaxing time in a quieter neighbourhood.
2 bedrooms:
One comfortable double room with 2 single beds. The 90 x 190 quality mattresses can be put side by side to make a queen size bed for couple. There is a modern wardrobe with mirror to put your luggage and belongings. Plenty of natural light.
Other small double room with comfortable 135 x 190 double bed, with quality mattress. The room also has an accessory wardrobe to keep your clothes.
Every bedroom has a tasteful, artistic and clean decoration. Enjoy the use of wardrobes, cozy cushions, lamps for bed-time reading and everything you need!
There is also a folding bed for a 5th guest.
The modern and stylish bathroom is complete with shower, sink, toilet and all the implements you may need.
In the living room filled with natural light, you will find a big and comfortable leather sofa. You can wind down after a day of sightseeing, and enjoy your meals inside at the glass dining table. The interior balcony can be accessed from here too.
Wooden floors and quality modern furniture throughout the apartment. You will also have a safe-box at your disposal for your valuable items.
The fully equipped separate kitchen will provide everything you need to enjoy a self catering holiday. With plenty of shops and markets a short distance away, you can buy some local products and practice your cooking skills.
There is a small laundry room with washing machine and cleaning utensils.
Situated on the 1st floor of a typical building for that area, without lift.
This could be the perfect place to stay for anyone interested in theatre, good food, Barcelona night life and sightseeing, and the beaches can be reached by a pleasant walk along the marina too!
Tip: If you are taking the airport bus the Gran Via Corts Catalanes/Comte d'Urgell stop is closer than Plaza Catalunya (10-15 minutes walk from the apartment).
