This well connected area of the city is great for theatre lovers, being close to Paralelo where many big shows take place. Is is in easy walking distance of Ramblas and the beaches, or a short metro/bus journey. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood with small streets and less traffic than in the city centre, and even more so at night. There is a good selection of local bars, restaurants and shops with typical Barcelona treats. If you are arriving to Barcelona by boat this is a convenient area to stay, as the dock is easily accessible on foot or by taxi. |

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION |
A very special apartment in a great location, newly reformed in 2006 with 60sqm and room for up to 5 people.
Amongst the many advantages of this apartment are a balcony with views to the street, plenty of natural light, wooden floors, all rooms exterior, a quiet neighbourhood near the theatres of Paral.lel, a safe area with internet cafes and good tapas within short walking distance of the famous street Las Ramblas.
2 bedrooms:
One double bedroom with comfortable double bed (150x190), a big wardrobe and drawers for your unpacking.
One twin room with 2 single beds, a wardrobe and plenty of sunlight. There is a futher folding bed available for a 5th guest.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, wash basin and toilet.
You can relax in the comfortable living/dining room, which leads out onto the balcony and captures the light on a sunny day. There is a dining table so you can spend mealtimes indoors if you choose.
The area has many good shops and restaurants, so you can make the most of the nightlife of Barcelona, and if you prefer a self-catering holiday the fully equipped kitchen will allow you to make the most of this.
Situated in a typical old building of the area, only a minute from a metro station (which takes you to las Ramblas in 5 minutes) on the 1st floor without lift.
A great apartment for a family or 2 couples who want to stay in a quiet place with quick and easy access to the city centre!
Tip: If you are taking the airport bus the Gran Via Corts Catalanes/Comte d'Urgell stop is closer than Plaza Catalunya (10-15 minutes walk from the apartment).
