A great 80sqm apartment in a new building (built 2006) with room for up to 6 people.
You will be in walking distance from the beach and a park, making this a good choice for a relaxing holiday. You can get to the city centre quickly with a selection of public transport nearby.
2 bedrooms:
One is a double room with a comfortable double bed and plenty of storgae space for your unpacking in the fitted wardrobes.
The other bedroom is a twin room with 2 comfortable single beds. The decoration is bright and cheerful, and there is plenty of natural light in the whole apartment.
There is a further double sofa bed in the living area, making this apartment idea for families and groups of friends alike.
The contemporary bathroom is fully fitted with a bath tub, shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet.
For a truly relaxing holiday you can spend time in the living/dining area which has a comfortable sofa and entertainment facilities, including digital TV and home cinema. It leads to a large private balcony so you can enjoy the sun and maybe have a drink outdoors.
You will find a dining set too, allowing you to spend mealtimes indoors in you wish.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for a self-catering holiday, and there is a smaller second dining table opposite.
Situated in a stylish brand new building constructed in 2006, on the 3rd floor with lift. The apartment benefits from a parking space which you can use for free during your stay.
There are green parks and beaches close by, which is great if you are travelling with children or want to do a lot of sunbathing during your holiday.
