Diagonal Mar is a newly generated area of Barcelona, a classical neighborhood that changed dramatically during the 92 Olympics.
It is close to the Forum, an exhibition centre of world cultures in 2004, which is now used as a fairground with plenty of outdoor activities.
There are attractive beaches and a big shopping centre nearby.
This part of the city is very attractive for people who prefer to stay in a quiet area, next to the beach.
It only takes 15 minutes by underground to get to the city center.

A great 75sqm apartment in a modern building with room for up to 3 people, in a unique setting of green space with recreational facilities.
The beach is just a short walk from the building, and you have access to two swimming pools (large and small), tennis courts and a childrenīs play area. All these things plus the nearby Parc Diagonal Mar make this apartment a great choice for a relaxing holiday. You can get to the city centre quickly with a selection of public transport nearby.

One is a double room with a comfortable double bed and plenty of natural light from the large windows.
The other bedroom is a single room with a comfortable single bed and an easychair. The decoration is bright and cheerful, and there is good natural light here too.
The contemporary bathroom is fully fitted with a bath tub, shower, wash basin and toilet.
You can spend time in the living/dining area which has two comfortable sofas and a dining set. It leads to a 40sqm private terrace where you can enjoy the sun and maybe have a drink outdoors.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for a self-catering holiday. There are many food markets and good delicatessens in the city so you can try cooking with local ingredients.
Situated in a stylish building, on the 2nd floor with lift. There is a parking space available for people travelling by car.
A perfect choice for a family holiday or for people looking for a relaxing escape! Also good for colleages attending conferences at the Forum, which is walking distance from the apartment.
