Diagonal Mar is a newly generated area of Barcelona, a classical neighborhood that changed dramatically during the 92’ Olympics.
It is close to the Forum, an exhibition centre of world cultures in 2004, which is now used as a fairground with plenty of outdoor activities.
There are attractive beaches and a big shopping centre nearby.
This part of the city is very attractive for people who prefer to stay in a quiet area, next to the beach.
It only takes 15 minutes by underground to get to the city center.

A recently redecorated 80sqm apartment in a modern building with room for up to 6 people, situated in a pleasant landscaped space next to the sea. It features a large private terrace with quality patio furniture, ideal for spending mealtimes outdoors or having an evening drink as the sun goes down.
The beach is just a short walk from the building, and you can get to the city centre quickly with a selection of public transport nearby.
2 bedrooms:
One is a double room with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe for your unpacking.
The other bedroom is a twin room with two single beds.
In the living space are two single sofabeds.
The contemporary bathroom is fully fitted with a shower, wash basin and toilet. It has stylish wood panelling and tiled floors.
You can have a relaxing time in the living/dining area which has two comfortable sofas and a dining set. There is plenty of natural light from the glass patio doors, which lead out onto the terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for a self-catering holiday, plus a breakfast table for two. There are many food markets and good delicatessens in the city so you can try cooking with local ingredients. You can access the terrace from this room too.
Situated on the ground floor of an impressive modern building. There is a public park in front of the building which is locked at 21:00 so that residents can enjoy it in the evenings.
A perfect choice for a family holiday or for people who want to enjoy the beach! Also good for colleages attending conferences at the Forum, which is a close distance to the apartment.
