This apartment is a great solution for a large group travelling together. It is a 180 sqm property in the heart of the city with room for up to 16 people. Ideal for groups of young people that would like to stay right in the famous Ramblas area at an attractive price.
The apartment has attractive tiled floors in all the rooms, typical of the buildings of this part of the city.
6 bedrooms:
Triple room with a double bed and single bed (with an extra single bed available if needed).
Two more triple rooms each with 3 single beds.
Another triple room with bunk beds and a single bed.
Twin room with 2 single beds.
Double room with double sofabed.
The apartment has a balcony which can be accessed by three of the bedrooms.
2 bathrooms:
The first one is complete with a bath, shower, wash basin and toilet.
The second has a shower and wash basin.
There is also a seperate room only with toilet.
Open-plan living/dining room area with a big table, comfortable sofa and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the implements you need for a self-catering holiday.
Located on the 1st floor without lift in a typical building of the city center, 1 min. walk to the Ramblas.
This is a cosmopolitan area with plenty of bars, discos and a variety of pleople from all over the world. We have very good feedbacks from young people who enjoy their time there more than families or old people who expect a luxury flat. Ideal for people who want to live the city by day and by night.
