Safe, quiet and mostly residential area of Barcelona, very well communicated with various types of public transports such as the underground, trains, tramway and buses. There are also shopping areas like the Glóries shopping centre, practically in front of the Agbar Tower, and the famous Encants market, where you will find all kinds of things. That neighbourhood is just at the limit with the Eixample and Sagrada Família areas, still within walking distance of the city centre, or a short underground trip away. As in most parts of Barcelona, you will also see bars and restaurants. |

The apartment is very bright with lots of natural light, and you have a fantastic view of Sagrada Familia (Gaudi's most famous building).

Each bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table with lamp and an exterior window.
1 big, recently renovated bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.
Living room with a table and chairs for eating together at home plus a comfortabe double sofa bed for two extra guests. The living room leads directly out on to the terrace.
35sqm terrace with a spectacular view of the city, a wonderful space for dining outside on warm summer evenings, or relaxing and tanning for sun-worshipers! Part of the terrace is covered so you can still enjoy sitting outside in the fresh air even when it is extremely hot.
