Spacious two-leveled 120 sqm apartment (60sqm each) for up to 10 people, 350m away from the beach. A perfect place for a seaside holiday, but also only a short Metro ride away from the city centre.
Ideal for a group of young people.
The decoration is charming and tasteful, for those who like to live in style.
3 bedrooms: One with double bed and two with one single bed each.
In the basement there is a big room of 60sqm with six single beds and carpet which offers the possibility for more than ten people to stay there. Just bring your sleeping bags and ask for prices for a bigger group!
The basement has an extractor fan to keep it fresh.
The large living / dining room has a comfortable sofa, and a big dining table so you can eat indoors if you feel like it.
A fully equipped kitchenette provides you with all kinds of kitchen implements you may need for a big group on a self-catering holiday.
2 bathrooms: one with shower and sink, the other with toilet and sink.
This apartment has a safe for your valuables.
You will find a w ashing machine and dryer in a separated room, which is useful for people who want to travel light.
Ideally located if you want to spend plenty of time at the beach or visit Barcelona just by walking!
