In the south you have the sea and the beach. The 'Arc del Triomf' and the modernistic 'Palau de la Musica', where you can visit classical concerts nearly the whole year long, belong to this quarter. |

Port Vell is a marvelous 140sqm apartment for 9 people in the Gothic quarter.
The apartment was totally refurbished in 2009 and you can also enjoy a nice balcony from where you can see beautiful views of the typical narrow streets from the gothic area.
4 bedrooms:
1 with a comfortable double bed, 2 with 2 single beds each and 1 with 3 single beds.
They're all stylish and comfortable with nice furniture.
3 bathrooms:
Completely equipped with shower, toilet and all the implements you may need. Nicely decorated and suitable for your comfort.
In the living/dining space you will find a comfortable sofa and a dining table with chairs to enjoy your meals. All the apartment is decorated with plants, quality furniture and paintings.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with all the implements you may need for a self catering holiday.
The apartment is located right by the sea, next to the beautiful Old Port (Port Vell), the Barcelona port (Port Esportiu) and also very near the old medieval town, one the most popular quarters in town.
There are many palaces around the area where the old Catalan Nobility used to live when they moved from the narrow streets of the Old Town (Ciutat Vella). You will get to great and amazing places from here: You can go to the Born quarter and the Ciutadella Park, or La Barceloneta, the beach or the port, Las Ramblas, the Maremagnum Shopping Center or the Gothic quarter.
Situated in a typical gohic quarter building, on the 3rd floor with a lift. Enjoy one of the best locations in town!
