The gothic quarter is certainly the heart of Barcelonas old town. Characteristic for this part of the town are the narrow midiaeval lanes with numerous shops, bars, restaurants, etc. Here you can go for endless walks and discover new places. Very worth seeing are the ‘Ramblas’, the gothic cathedral, parts of the old town wall, the theater ‘Liceu’, the market ‘Boqueria’, the ‘Plaza Catalunya’ and much more. |

This is a very special and exclusive apartment in the heart of the Gothic neighbourhood. It is close to the old medieval city gates in a typical street, very quiet because there is no traffic. It is 45sqm and has room for up to 2 people.
The city council take care of this area very well, as it is a heritage site full of the historical architecture of Barcelona. As part of the council´s aim to upkeep this charming part of the city.
The apartment is newly refurbished and has tasteful decoration and furniture. The living/dining space has a sofa for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, and there is a dining table to enjoy meals if you plan to eat in. There is exposed brickwork, just like the original building had many centuries ago, cathalan style.
You will have access to an ADSL internet wi-fi connection. useful for staying in touch with family or colleagues during your stay, ideally for business trips.
There is 1 balcony with a view of the street below, just right for experiencing the atmosphere of the city from the comfort of your apartment.
