Characteristic for this part of the town are the narrow midiaeval lanes with numerous shops, bars, restaurants, etc.
Here you can go for endless walks and discover new places.
Very worth seeing are the ‘Ramblas’, the gothic cathedral, parts of the old town wall, the theater ‘Liceu’, the market ‘Boqueria’, the ‘Plaza Catalunya’ and much more.

The house was built by an Indian on a place where a convent of St. Francis of Asisi was settled until 1837.

Apart from the en-suite bathroom there is also a full seperate bathroom, allowing your group to get ready quicker in the mornings. Both have a shower, sink and toilet.
The open-plan living space was recently redecorated in a modern style, with quality furniture and attractive features like parquet floors and wooden ceiling beams. There are two comfortable sofas and a dining set.
This room leads onto the two balconies with views of the typical old fashioned street, with view to the marina.
If you are planning a self-catering holiday you will find all the equipment you need in the kitchenette. The famous Boqueria market is nearby, as well as delicatessens and convenience stores.
Located on the 2nd floor of a typical building of the area with lift, just in the heart of the city in a quiet and safe area.
