This well connected area of the city is great for theatre lovers, being close to Paralelo where many big shows take place. Is is in easy walking distance of Ramblas and the beaches, or a short metro/bus journey. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood with small streets and less traffic than in the city centre, and even more so at night. There is a good selection of local bars, restaurants and shops with typical Barcelona treats. If you are arriving to Barcelona by boat this is a convenient area to stay, as the dock is easily accessible on foot or by taxi. |

Pleasant and well-located 70sqm apartment with room for up to 6 people.
Situated in a nice and safe neighbourhood at walking distance from Las Ramblas and with good connections to any other part of the city.

3 bedrooms:
One double bedroom with a two single beds.
One single bedroom with a comfortable single bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes.
There is also a sofabed in the living area for a 6th guest. Each room has quality bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.
The bathroom is fresh and modern with tiled walls. It includes a bath tub, washbasin and toilet.
The living space has a large sofa and is very bright and sunny due to the big windows. You also have a dining table so you may enjoy mealtimes indoors.
With air conditioning and heating it is ideal for any season.
A fully equipped kitchen means you can enjoy a self-catering holiday, taking advantage of the quality food shops in the area.
