This well connected area of the city is great for theatre lovers, being close to Paralelo where many big shows take place. Is is in easy walking distance of Ramblas and the beaches, or a short metro/bus journey. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood with small streets and less traffic than in the city centre, and even more so at night. There is a good selection of local bars, restaurants and shops with typical Barcelona treats. If you are arriving to Barcelona by boat this is a convenient area to stay, as the dock is easily accessible on foot or by taxi. |

Cozy and well-located 60sqm apartment with interior patio and with room for up to 7 people.
Situated in a pleasant and safe neighbourhood at walking distance from Las Ramblas and with good connections to any other part of the city.
If you come in a big group, you can also book the apartments BCN 345 and/or BCN 346 located in the same building.
2 bedrooms with natural light and access to the interior patio :
The bigger one is cute and cozy and comes up with one double and one single beds, 2 wardrobes, besdide tables and lamps.
The smaller one has a single bed, a wardrobe, a bedside table and a lamp too.
Each room has quality bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.
There is also a double sofabed in the living area for two more guests.
In the sitting-room you will also find a red double sofa-bed as well as a single one to accommodate 3 more people. The sitting room is independent from the rest of the apartment so people who will sleep there will have their intimacy. Its exterior windows are double-glazed and it gets plenty of natural light. There is a dining table in the same room where you can enjoy your meals with your family or friends.
If you are planning a self-catering holiday you will find all you need to cook with in the fully equipped kitchen. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets within walking distance so you can experiment cooking with the local ingredients.
