1. How can I make a reservation?
Rentalsbarcelona offers a user friendly and quick 24h online booking system. For more information you can visit the page how to book.

2. How much do I need to pay to confirm the reservation?
In order to make a reservation we require a prepayment of 20% of the total amount + 16% tax, that can be paid online with a credit card. The total amount is calculated automatically when booking online.

3. How can I make the prepayment for my booking?
The prepayment can be paid online with a credit card. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. After the payment you will receive an instant email confirmation.

It is also possible to make a bank transfer, on request. In that case please contact us and we will send you our bank details: info@rentalsbarcelona.com

4. When do I need to pay the remaining amount of my booking?
The remaining balance of 80% should be paid on the arrival to the apartment to the owner or representatives, always in cash.

5. Do I pay any damage deposit?
Yes, a deposit of 150 € is required upon arrival at the apartment to cover any damage that can be done to the property. It is refundable in full on your check-out, if no damage has been done in the apartment.

6. What is provided in the apartment?
Bed linen and bath towels are provided in all of our apartments. Beach towels are not provided. There may be some small supplies of toilet paper, and tea and coffee in the apartment, as a courtesy on your arrival. Please note, due to the logistics of supplying and restocking we do not provide toilet paper for your whole stay. The apartments are self-catering, and so you will need to buy any supplies of food and toilet paper yourself.

7. How much do the children pay?
With rentalsbarcelona children under 10 years of age (up to 2 kids) and babies are FREE of charge in all of our apartments. Most of the apartments have a baby cot available on request and without extra charge (please make sure that the apartment you are interested in has one if you need it).

8. Who will meet me at the apartment and how will I get the keys?
You will collect the keys at the apartment, owners or representatives will be waiting for you there at the time previously agreed with you.
Please remember it’s very important to communicate your arrival time to the owner prior to your arrival.

9. What is the check-in time to the apartments?
The normal check-in time is starting at 2:00 pm.
If you are arriving earlier than the check-in time please contact the owners - if there are no clients leaving the apartment on the same day you will probably be able to check-in at your arrival time. Otherwise, they might keep your luggage while the apartment is being cleaned; however please remember to communicate it to the owner previously and understand that the usual check-in time is only after 2:00 pm.

10. Is there any extra charge for late arrivals?
No, there are no charges for late arrivals in any of our apartments.

11. What is the check-out time from the apartments?
The normal check-out time is by 11:00 am.
If you need a late check-out please advise the owner in advance.

12. Who will help me with any problems during my stay in the apartment?
All of our apartments are continuously maintained by their owners, and given the amount of electrical items in the apartments it’s possible that some of them might need additional maintenance or fixing. In that case please contact the owner immediately and he will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
If the owner doesn’t satisfy your requests please contact our office and we will provide to help you and find a solution in your best interest.

13. Do you accept pets in the apartments?
No, we are sorry, but pets are not allowed in any of our apartments.

14. How can I cancel my reservation?
If for any circumstances you wish to cancel your reservation with us, please contact us by email at info@rentalsbarcelona.com .
