If our price of your reservation is not the lowest one, we compromise to match the lower rate you have found advertised on another web site!!!

      CONDITIONS FOR THE LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE CLAIMING

      In order to claim the Lowest Price Guarantee the following requirements need to be fulfilled:

• You must contact rentalsbarcelona within 24h after your original booking has been made.
• The lower rate must be available for booking with identical specifications of the original request (same apartment, same dates and same number of people).
• Rentalsbarcelona, will take into consideration only the advertised prices published on other web sites. That excludes prices for special events, fairs and congresses, discounts, promotions and price change due to differences in high and low season duration with the one published on www.rentalsbarcelona.com in that moment.
• In case you wish to proceed with a cancellation due to the price difference with another web site, our general terms and conditions will apply and the price difference can not be claimed.

      HOW TO CLAIM

• All the claims need to be made within 24h of the original reservation at www.rentalsbarcelona.com (it’s necessary to have made a prepaid reservation and have received a confirmation)
• Only written claims, sent by email to info@rentalsbarcelona.com, are accepted. No claims made by phone will be considered.
• The claim has to be made by the person that has made the original reservation.
• Each claim will have to include:
  - The booking reference number of the reservation made with www.rentalsbarcelona.com
  - The exact apartment address
  - Name of the person who has made the original reservation
  - The competitive web page where the lower price has been encountered. The mentioned page will have to dispose of an online booking system with immediate confirmation, no claims will be considered in reference to the web pages that offer bookings only on request.
  Indicate the total price offered by the other agency.
• gobcn apartments scp will proceed with the necessary verifications in order to check in what does the possible price difference consist.
• If the claim fulfils the conditions, gobcn apartments scp will proceed with the price difference refund; the credit will be issued either directly to the credit card provided at the time of booking or to a bank account indicated by the client, within 10 business days following the claim.
